The director of One Ten Ltd, Mr. Mirza Reza Pooya has been in the wood industry business since the last 20 years. He was the CEO of Balochistan Laminates which was public listed company from 2005 to 2009. BLD was the pioneer of HPL and Melamine Faced chipboard and MDF in Pakistan. After that Mr. Pooya set up his own trading company in Dubai and was appointed the sole agent for Panel Plus, a leading manufacturer of MDF and Particle Board out of Thailand for Middle East, Africa and Pakistan.
We have been distributing MDF in Pakistan since 2009 and have a very strong distribution channel. After seeing the growth in Pakistan we decided to set up our own MDF line.
Dieffenbacher MDF Plant is being setup in Allama Iqbal Industrial City, Faisalabad. Medium density fiberboards are extremely easy to work with. They can easily be profiled, painted and coated. Their attractive appearance means MDF boards are mainly used in the furniture industry, in the construction industry, or in interior finishing. Depending on requirements, we can produce up to 60 mm thick MDF boards with densities of 650-800 kg/m³ on our plants.
One Ten is investing in the state of the art machine for its MDF project. We are buying machine from top suppliers in Europe.
